review 1: I was surprised by how much I liked this trio of novelas. It's some of the most human post-apocalyptic work I've read, in an intimate, individual way. That said, a caveat: my high regard depends on pretending that the final Epilogue does not exist. Another book that balances sadness and hope. But these stories have a bit more excitement and suspense. Well done Mr Cole! by the way, I loved this book so much I was prompted to write my first review on here, and not just rate it. less

Drea
An intense yet simple dystopian read. Some parts are far fetched but the emotions are captured well.
Talcorn
Written in a little different of a style but turned out to be a pretty good trilogy.
Elyse
Very nice ending to the series.
