review 1: I love re-tellings of classic works, and this diverse collection of dark Mother Goose-inspired stories is sure to delight. review 2: I read the first short story in this collection. It was well executed and entertaining. I wouldn't call it necessarily dark but that's just me. I opted not to read any more of the book because the print was so small I was having problems readin... moreg it without getting a headache. That's one of the challenges of an e-book. I don't think there was anything wrong with the stories themselves and the book is mostly just as entertaining as the first story. less
