review 1: This is a very heavy socio political drama that challenges taboos. The story is somewhat bland at times because there is so much that we as Americans are unfamiliar with since they were things that occurred in Japan post war that we never learned about. The story spans almost 3 decades and is a real page turner. The end fell flat for me since it ended so abruptly leaving many questions unanswered, but I would almost prefer it this way since now the story's loose ends allow the story to continue in my head.
Pertama kali membacanya saya merasa shock, seperti berhadapan
Bagaimana mungkin master Tezuka membuat novel seperti ini.. this is the dark side of Ozamu Tezuka. Enjoy! less

Loved it, but the English translation of their rural accents drove me insane.

Interesting to get a taste of manga, but the plot was a boring cliche.
