review 1: Well, it's a nice story, full of good philosophical metaphors. And of course it's a fairy tale, therefore not everything has to be taken 100% seriously. It was the writing stile that just didn't make it for me (or perhaps the translation?) It seems a bit very childish in the beginning though I do concede to the author that later she uses different stiles for different characters.In sum nice to read, but not one of the book discoveries of the year for me.
review 2: genial! wirklich nette geschichte über das suchen und finden der eigenen identität und des damit verbundenen glücks. dieses buch kann ich nur wärmsten all jenen weiter empfehlen, die sich ab und zu nicht so ganz in irgendetwas einordnen wollen oder können. denn mit dieser geschichte zeigt paola m... moreastrocola, dass es egal ist wer man ist und was man repräsentiern sollte, wenn man sich von den aufgezwungenen rollen und statussen befreien kann. less
