review 1: We first met Sarah in the Faith and Adrian story, but she also appeared in the Karen and Jonathan story, but only in glimpses, so getting to know more about Sarah Wyse was a treat indeed. Her and I could totally be friends, and I know a thing or two about letting fear get in the way of living, I'd like to think I learned a valuable lesson by reading this book. I also have a lot in common with Levi, as he is very shy and unless I am comfortable around someone, I tend to be painfully shy.
review 2: Amish romances are always sweet and inspiring and this one is no exception. Levi and Sarah love each other and it's clear very early on in the story but Sarah's lost one husband and feels that everyone she loves leaves her mostly through death. Levi is shy and has no c... moreonfidence when it comes to his love for Sarah. Something has to take hold for them both and it is interesting reading how they come to terms with each other. A lovely holiday story. less
