review 1: I found myself quickly reading this book. There is something so wonderful about the setting, a bookstore right along the coast. If there is a place like that I want to visit for sure. I'd actually want to live above it just like Riley does. I have the say the setting made the book for me, Maisy did not. I found her character overall very annoying and I could of done without her. With that being said by the end Maisy was quite as annoying and I did enjoy it.
review 2: I have read another book by Patti Callahan Henry and both times, I have enjoyed her writing style and story. This was a nice, easy read with a simple storyline, which was exactly what I needed right now. I loved spending time in Driftwood Cottage and watching three sisters come back together. Th
... moree romance was a sweet added bonus. As others have sad, a great beach read. I will read more from her. less
