review 1: Enjoyed this book very much. Main character is a woman who is overwhelmed with life in general and her struggle to keep up the seemingly glamorous moms in her community. When a teenage girl goes missing on her watch, secrets of a small community are revealed as well as a bit of a side story. Fast, interesting read, a bit of suspense, but nothing deep or profound. Don't expect to fall in love with any characters.
review 2: I was cruising right along, waiting for the twist (it is a mystery book after all), and then WHAM, out of the blue, there is was, smacked me in the face! : ) Often, I can predict the twist or there's some silly forshadowing that lets me determine what's coming, can't stand those. Not so at all with "Just What Kind of Mother Are You?" The t... morewist got me, and I enjoyed it. But I still can't stand when it's all wrapped up neat and quick. You've gone on for over 250 pages, take a little more time and finish it out right. Don't just put a bow on it and call it a day. I'd still recommend this one though. less
