review 1: I cannot tell you how in love I am with Jethro. My heart bleeds for him. I ache for the man that he wants to be. It's painful to watch him struggle.Nila has fast become one of my favorite heroines. She's beyond strong and resilient. She loves hard knowing that it very well may break her. Their bond is amazing to behold. This may be my favorite of the series thus far. The vintage flair that Pepper adds to this story is just beyond brilliant! It's archaic, barbaric, romantic and at times even whimsical. Forbidden love at it's absolute best. I read on pins and needles and cannot wait for what comes next for these two. I truly hope it's them at each other's side, ruling it all.
