review 1: Another great Roy Grace novel from Peter James. Good to have some of the back story on his life with Sandra who we have only known as a 'misper' in previous novels in the series. From all his acknowledgements of assistance from police officers, I think we can assume that the author's procedure is correct. Of course, my views and enjoyment may be coloured by the fact that the setting is just 25 miles down the road from where I now live!
review 2: This is now the 6th Roy Grace book I have read virtually back to back and I will keep coming back for more. This book covers a time period of 12 years and switches between then & present time, which was slightly confusing, but certainly kept me thinking. Also the main suspects different plots were brilliant which kept ... moreyou guessing till the end but the end did feel slightly rushed to me. The common thread which had been present in the previous books was brought up more in the 'flashbacks' & has answered a few more questions. Now onto book 7 less
