review 1: What does it say about me that I automatically suspect the little girl? As far as the Torchwood book franchise I think this is probably on of my least favorite so far, but only because it deals with me 2 lesser favorite characters, (I can't actually not love any of the Torchwood crew). If I had my druthers every book would be Jack and Ianto... but I'll keep reading them regardless, because even the not so good ones aren't bad.
review 2: Smashing prose, an exciting & concise plot that could have been ripped from the second season of the series, and a use of both Owen & Tosh -- the two characters I like the least -- that made me give quite a damn about their welfare. Phil Ford was the head writer of "The Sarah Jane Adventures", as well as a contributor to "Docto
... morer Who" and "Torchwood" itself...I should never have worried that this particular "Torchwood" novel was in anything other than a safe & professional pair of hands. less

A good outing for the Torchwood crew. Slightly implausible by way of explanation, though.
Immaculate
Mostly Toshiko and Owen centric which is always a nice thing when it comes to Torchwood.

Revolved around the UST between Tosh and Owen. Really good.
