review 1: I grabbed this at the library on an impulse -- the 'tease' on the back cover caught my eye.For me, the book was just OK -- very easy to read, with an interesting dual point of view. But, I found the plot was too implausible -- too many 'quantum leaps' where the main character jumps to wild conclusions that turn out to be completely correct. I agree with a couple other reviews -- a good beach read, but not incredibly deep.
review 2: 4.5 starsThe first few chapters didn't appeal to me until I found myself not wanting to stop reading. Slowly, the story became interesting, heart-pounding and mind-tickling. For a moment, I sympathized with the psycho serial killer, but then I remembered he is the Voldemort of this book. Aside from the investigation puzzle with int... moreriguing music clues, I am completely delighted reading more about the amusing locations. A must-read! less
