review 1: I would like to say "Don’t judge a book by its genre.” The author's work paralleling Dante’s “Inferno” with zombies, although subtle, was genius. “100 Days in Deadland” begins with an ‘epidemic’ that turns people into zombies (zeds). Main character reborn Cash (Mia Ryan) begins her descent into Hell with Army veteran Clutch as her guide. While Cash doesn't actually journey through Hell, she might as well have. It is full of action to go around and a lot of gore, but still has very well-developed characters. It reads very well as a standalone book and will have us standing in our seats waiting for the next book to come out.

... moread fun reading this though and would like to read the next one. As far as being a stand alone novel goes, it is just ok. It kinda leaving you wanting to read more at the end which is ok but now I really want to read the next book. I felt this book had good character development and a good plot. I was amused the entire way through this novel. Its not short either. I liked this book quite a bit. Note: I got this book for free from Story Cartel for reviewing. less
