review 1: This series has been somewhat challenging and tough to read. After book 10 I almost threw in the towel - the violence & torture was seriously disturbing and had me questioning myself - just how far could I go ? I was desperate to see Mat & Dougie saved and once Nate was introduced I felt like the possibilities were positive. I was ever so thankful for the final two books which gave all characters some peace and some much deserved love. A difficult series but incredibly engrossing
review 2: Wow, color me overwhelmed and completely satisfied and wanting more all at the same time. This is the last installment of the Flash Cartel series and the complete series easily was one of the hardest reads I've ever read. I could nitpick over every single choice these two aut... morehors made but in truth they answered the big questions and left the little questions open for interpretation without being frustrating. And I think they did a darn good job. I feel satisfied, I feel vindicated and more importantly I don't feel ripped off. What more could you ask for? Overall I am completely done with installment reads because they get too damn expensive but I'm glad I read this one.Kudos!Enough said. less
