Cowboy Jackpot: Christmas by Randi AlexanderThis first story is fabulous. Giselle and Kira are in Las Vegas for Christmas and they meet the Hancock brothers at the casino. It is lust at first sight and Boone and Kira instantly hit it off. The Hancock brothers are in town for a rodeo and they are cooling their heels before heading home for a traditional Christmas with their family. Giselle (Gigi) is playing a machine called “Birthday Slots” as she is also in Vegas to celebrate her birthday. She has two cre... moredits left and Boone contributes one dollar so she can play a full round. Low and behold, they hit the jackpot, but they can’t get the money until the next day. What follows is fun, sex, hurt feelings, betrayal and finally, love. It is a great read and very uplifting.A Naughty Noelle by Ann BruceAnn writes an excellent story about a prince in shining armor saving a damsel in distress and then the damsel has to save the prince. The story takes place in New York and is gritty, funny, sexy and ends with a happily ever after. A great read.Holiday Surprise: Unwrapped by Aliyah BurkeKassia is in wintery cold Massachusetts housesitting for a friend. She returns the home she is staying in to find a naked stranger. Heath is a man just out of the military just looking for some peace to heal and figure out his future. Sparks fly – first in anger and then in lust. And finally in love. This story is relevant, funny and very hot.Christmas Angel by Amber CarewI absolutely loved this story. It was original and very touching. Angelique has been cursed to be a Christmas tree angel and the only way to undo the curse is to get the current holder of the cursed object to propose marriage. But she falls in love with Nick and at the end, can’t go through with it. The way Amber gives them a happily ever after was truly inspired and a superb ending.A Highlander For the Holidays by Dawn HallidaySet in old Scotland, Aileen is the widow of a nasty man. Niall is her brother’s man come to take her back to her brother so she can be remarried to a man of his choice. But Aileen and Niall fall in love. Dawn spins a masterful tale of love, loss and suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat.Illicit Christmas by Yvette HinesAmber has finally gotten out from under the thumb of her ex-husband and is looking forward to her new job and a new life. Yvette does a marvelous job of bringing you right into the story and not letting you go.Her Xmas Present by Christin LovellLibby and Ty have been friends forever. But Ty realizes that he wants more than friendship. Libby is a plus sized girl who has a very poor body image and even though she wants Ty as more than a friend, she isn’t confident enough to want to ruin their friendship. It is a delightfully naughty story with a wonderful ending. Girls, don’t let a little thing like curves make you doubt yourselves.All She Wants For Christmas by Paige TylerThis story has a little spanking and a lot of hot sex between married couples who are exploring other sides of their sexuality. It was a good read and has a lot of wonderful advice on breaking the ice with a difficult subject.
review 2: I was gifted this book and I absolutely loved this box set. Everything about it was HOT & SPICY. Each story had a great plot, characters that were great together and an excellent storyline flow. Who doesn't love cowboys, kilts and sexy cops throw in a highlander and you are on cloud nine. You get several genres in this set. So this is a great deal altogether. All of the books in this box set are exceptional reads and I look forward to reading more from each author. I highly recommend adding this collection to your library. You won't be disappointed. less
