review 1: To be honest I didn't like the beginning and almost stopped reading. But being one that doesn't like to leave a book unfinished I pushed on. I'm so glad I did. Typical story of girl meets boy, marries boy, finds out he's the devil, and tries to escape with her life. It was just... meh. I wish I could give it a more positive review, but I can't. I like a story to draw me in... make me a part of the world created. This story reads more like: Jane woke up one day and then Jane had coffee and took a shower and then she called a friend and then she got in her car and then she went to work. This is a good example of why show don't tell is important. less
