Wiccan-Were-Bear
review 1: This is book 1 in the Wiccan-Were-Bear series. It's the story of play girl Elizabeth who is told she has to collar a bear to keep the Alliance between her Coven and the shifters. She has to give up 5 shifters and 2 vampires to take on a Were-Bear husband. What she finds are twins. Hot, sexy protective twins that mate her. This is the first book I've ever read from this author. I really like the style. I'm getting the rest of the books tonight to read this week.
review 2: Natural born wicca Elizabeth Xavier likes her life just the way it is. She has a beautiful lake house. Power to rival just about anyone. And seven men that cater to her every desire. What she didn't expect was to be asked to perform a binding ceremony in the local were-bear den and tie herself
... moreforever to a were-bear as a permanent guard. She didn't like anyone telling her what to do, and giving a man a supernatural tie to her life meant he'd probably want to boss her around, too. Or tell her she couldn't enjoy her casual relationships with the other men in her life. Guilt is a strong motivator, as is the reminder that she was abducted several months earlier, so she goes into the den with the intention of securing a guard and keeping him at arms' length. Too bad no one told her that were-bears don't like to be kept at arms' length. When Elizabeth realizes that more than just her personal protection is up for grabs from the bear she binds herself to, can she go through with it, even if it means losing everything she enjoyed about her life? Will she go back on her word and destroy the alliance between the two groups, or does happiness lay in the underground den in the arms of a were-bear? When more than just the alliance and her own personal protection is on the line, Elizabeth has to make a decision fast. The decision to take a guard has never been so important.Elizabeth is a natural witch who represents the South Corner of Ohio. She helps out 5 were groups of the alliance as well as the vampires. The Were-bears want to collar Elizabeth to tighten the alliance. After pressure from her grandmother Elizabeth agrees. But she doesn’t realize how much it will change her life.Great book, well written. Elizabeth is at a cross roads in her life, but not at her making, but at the making of her Grandmothers. Does she continue to be the play thing for several other were’s and two vampires or become collared? Elizabeth chooses to become collared, but never looked into what it meant till the very last moment. She chooses to go ahead with the collaring, but gets more that what she bargains for. What does fait have in store for her…I will leave you with that tantalizing question in order not to give too much information away. This book is very sexual, so be prepared. I wish more was explained to us non Wicca. But all in all a good book. I would say that with the sexual content I would recommend over 16’s only8 out of 10 less
