Tingen got an emergency call from home saying that his grandma got hospitalized. They rushed in leaving the mountain so they also left Fenqing’s motorbike as she wanted to accompany him.He told her to keep quiet because she was distracting him. She did the opposite to make him less worried.
Grandma was very happy to see Tingen and even asked him to come home. He didn’t want to but intensive emotional blackmail was used by his grandma lol
I loved this scene. He acknowledged her effort in making him feel better in the car :”)

I expected this from him haha! There is no way that he’ll let Ah Wei fetch Fenqing lol
And so? Nobody asked you to wait *rolls eyes*. I’m just being harsh on him because he was such a nagger in these scenes. Even Fenqing ran away from him!
