New Year’s resolutions, and planning for what’s to come was covered in the post on Day 0.
Each of the 13 Days of the New Year (numbered 0-12), corresponds to its respective month (numbered 0-12) of the coming year.
The end and beginning of the final quarter falls close to the Equinox in Month 9 Days 20 and 21 (September 20th and 21st). Of note, the Days of the Month of September line up with those of the reform calendar, such that 9/11 remains 9/11. This is the only month that does this.
