Here is some more progress on my Big Sister helmet.
Here, I cut out the window.

Starting on the window. I measured everything out with a compass, then cut through the thick cardboard with my x-acto knife.
The window in place.
I added some cable tubing and a placeholder where a light will go.
- I spent $6.45 on the cable tubing. I am sure you can find this for a cheaper price!
- The little plastic cup was from a Disneyland Dole Whip.
- The plastic for the window came from a candy box.
