Lili Howe took a leap of faith when she decided to join the Tornado Alleycats, her elderly landlady’s all-female glamour-camping club. Lili’s always given everything to her career, putting herself on track to become her CPA firm’s youngest partner. But now that Lili’s carefully planned future is shattered, she’s willing to let summer work its magic on her―at all costs.

There’s never a dull moment at Stardance Ranch, the Colorado resort Brick Callahan built from the ground up. Still, a late night skinny-dipping session involving a bunch of “glamping” grannies. . .with his best friend’s kid sister Lili among them? He couldn’t have made up such story if he tried. The undeniable mutual attraction between Brick and gorgeous, spirited Lili is a reminder that life is full of surprises. But when Brick’s ex-girlfriend suddenly shows up, he’s faced with a desperate choice: Do right by a woman he once loved or take a chance on Lili. . .and do everything he can to win her heart? (Goodreads)

(I received an e-copy of this book from the publisher through netgalley in exchange for an honest review)

A Stardance Summer is the thirteenth book of Eternity Springs. This is actually the first book I’ve read by Emily March and I absolutely loved it!

Liliana Howe leaves everything behind and joins the Tornado Alleycats after realizing that her life is not what she actually wants. Trying to escape her present, she meets someone from her past- her childhood crush.  Brick Callahan is surprised to see his best friend’s younger sister all grown up and beautiful, camping with an all- female club at his Stardance Ranch. Seeing each other again after many years, will their feelings finally be mutual or will Brick stick to his rule of taking girls to three dates and then it’s over?

This book is a perfect summer read! The plot and the setting are interesting, the book is well- written and I loved the main characters. Brick’s family was a bit confusing for me though, since he has two families. I had a bit of difficulty keeping up with the characters, especially with the Callahans because I was new to the series but aside from that, it was great and it can still be read even without reading the previous books of Eternity Springs. It is a fun and quick read that you will surely enjoy if you’re looking for a  good contemporary romance book.

Emily March is the New York Times, Publishers Weekly, and USA Today bestselling author of over thirty novels, including the critically acclaimed Eternity Springs series. Publishers Weekly calls March a “master of delightful banter,” and her heartwarming, emotionally charged stories have been named to Best of the Year lists by Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, and Romance Writers of America.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Emily is an avid fan of Aggie sports and her recipe for jalapeño relish has made her a tailgating legend.
