Book Review: At Close Range by Laura Griffin

For detective Danielle Harper, her work and personal life collided when she received a call about a double murder. Scott Black a former Navy Seal is also on the case. After a drunken kiss they shared, they are both nervous about being on the same case.

Harper is tough yet feminine. Her nervousness about leading the investigation is very relatable. Black is a firearms expert and is also an expert at concealing his feelings. However, the chemistry between the two of them is undeniable. At Close Range is book number 11 of the Tracers Series. Laura Griffin’s writing is excellent, this book is outstanding.
