Book Review: Easy by Tammara Webber

” Choosing to be with you, isn’t a difficult decision…. It’s easy. Incredibly easy.”

After a long time I came across a book that was incredibly easy to fall in love with. I had said to myself, I’ll just read a few pages and then take up some other work but as soon as I started reading, I found that I couldn’t put it down.

Jacqueline Wallace ditches her dream of joining music school and follows her high school boyfriend to college only to get dumped by him later. After the breakup, all their common friends start avoiding her. Jacqueline or Jacky, as her ex boyfriend used to call her, is in distraught and even begins to fail classes.

One evening when she’s returning from a party Jacky gets assaulted by her ex boyfriend’s frat brother. But she is saved in the nick of the time by a stranger called Lucas.
Then suddenly Jacky realizes that Lucas is actually present everywhere and she hadn’t noticed him before.

When Jacky’s attacker starts to stalk her, there is Lucas helping her to get through. But Lucas has a few secrets of his own.
Is it really easy to trust anyone these days?
