Sugar by Kimberly Stuart

I give this book 4 stars for being well written and because the author took a risk and wrote a different type of love story.

Kimberly Stuart can write a great kitchen scene and some wonderful food scenes, that most of the time I would have to stop reading and look for something to eat while I read this book.

The story is about a strong , independent woman finally getting the position she deserved, moving up in the world of culinary arts, and also falling in love. The problem is how does she balance both of them. Who is she going to prioritize … career or love?

I like the visual of the works and whats going on in the kitchen and at the same time in a reality show.

The part that I had trouble with is the romantic element of the book. I just wish there are more scenes or connection between Charlie and Kai. It felt like a zing or zap or a connection between the two was missing.
