This eyeliner is a 1 Day Tattoo – Extra Precise pen. I was so disappointed with the eyeliner. Firstly, it’s not matte black, it slightly had the glossy finish. Secondly, its pigmentation. I couldn’t draw my eyeliner like I draw usually, as the pigmentation was only at the bottom of the tip. Thirdly, this eyeliner finished in just 1 use. Yeap, that’s true. I completely hated this eyeliner. Literally, the most disappointing eyeliner I’ve ever used in my entire life.
