Hi there! I’m Erica Figueroa and I’m originally from New York, New York, and I currently reside in Tempe, Arizona. I am junior at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University. Up until my first semester of my sophomore year at ASU, I was a film major in the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. I realized that journalism was the route for me since there are so many facets that allow me to submerge myself with film, music and any form of media all together. One day I hope I can be apart of companies such as Viacom, Rolling Stone or Billboard. The possibility of being my own boss sounds like a great journey to embark on as well.
