Happiness is when your book sits next to the author you have admired for many years. Recently, Maggie’s Child had a price reduction and I tried out Facebook Ads and the book reached more readers around the UK. When I logged onto Amazon, I couldn’t believe my eyes. The pictures will explain why I have a wide smile thanks to Barbara Erskine, Sharon Maas, Danielle Steele, Philippa Gregory, Dilly Court and Josephine Cox.
How incredible is that?! Sitting there amongst famous authors has fired me up to keep writing and never doubt myself. I will, we always do, but I just need to look at these pictures (which will be framed and on my study wall) to remind me of how far I’ve come.
