This day has been very peaceful as opposed to what many thought considering the quit notice given to the people from the eastern part of Nigeria by the northerners to leave the north before October 1st due to the agitation for secession by the easterners.
There was slight tension in the air but nothing happened at the end of the day.
This is a sign that Nigeria is getting better and we are destined to be together.
We call on all Nigerians to exhibit responsibility no matter where they are.
