Where are they now? You mean Kazune Kawahara
We’re back again with Gossy-Senpai with another episode of: Where Are They Now? With our new star!!! Kazune Kawahara!
Nothing to do with Angel Egg… But with High School Debut?!!! Or better yet Ore Monogatari (My Love Story)? You might be just as curious as I am who this wondrous author is as well as artist which caused me to be so compelled to find out! Let’s go.
If you are following me on my anime post for Ore Monogatari Senpai, then you must be enjoying some of the funny things that I am enjoying about the unexpected anime…that also has a manga and live action movie! Out of curiosity did I end up becoming shocked to find out one of my favorite manga’s to date is High School Debut by the same author Kazune Kawahara! Now I didn’t find anything so honestly familiar, and didn’t think to connect art styles either or the interesting story plot-lines.
Born in Takikawa, Hokkaido, Japan Kazune Kahara is a renown Japanese manga artist known for High School Debut (Koukou Debut). A romantic comedy shojo manga (explains the romantic comedy in Ore Monogatari… right?) She has published many other manga series Ai no Tame ni and Aozora Yell. Kawahara mostly specializes in the genre of romance.
Her works include: Shiawase no Kanzume, Tensei, Sensei, 500 Mile, Shiawase no Kanzume, Suteki na Katachi
Tomodachi no Hanashi and many more works (which I will not add onto)!
Three of her works, Ore Monogatari (My Love Story), High School Debut (Koukou Debut), and Sensei have become live action films or let me just be the one to add that Sensei is to be airing in the fall of 2017! Her latest work was Suteki na Katachi (2015). Not much is none.
