Firstly we need to find out , who are millennials?
Well, According to the urban dictionary “Millennial is an identity given to a broadly and vaguely defined group of people”. They are categorized into two groups , Generation X ( whom are born between 1981 and 1991) and Generation Y (Whom are born between 1991 and 2001). As I am born in 1994 , I am classed in Generation Y, a millennial. For most people , all of this is a lot of nonsense to think that if yo are born in a certain era you are branded a certain type of person , and until I researched this a little bit myself I thought the same.

millennial apparently are tough to manage and are accused of being narcissistic , and entitled. We are the most educated workforce in history, and because of this , millennials seek purpose in the workforce and strive for leadership.
millennial are raised with a phone in their hand. This gives companies who hire workers of this generation an advantage as using technology is second nature to them, however may be a threat the older generation as they may not have the relevant skills.
Sometimes this can be misjudges by people thinking “theirs always online”, this may be true, however , the world has become one big market because of this. Yes , everyone is connected , but this is great! I get to talk to my sister every day who lives in Germany, not only me, but my 88-year-old Grandfather gets to do this aswell, how cool is that?
Now lets look at how Millenialls being mobile first are an asset to the workplace
As we all know , technology is the way forward and mobile apps are allowing companies give their users easy access to their online site , examples are open24 banking , or a very popular one is Halo taxis.

Most people have unlimited data, personally , I would have more data than I would have credit. This allows me to go on-line and access my apps on my phone.
According to forbes, millenniasl are amazing in the workplace as they can be a social megaphone for your company.
Basically , millennials are mobile first, but mobile technology have evolved rapidly and is essential in the market place!
