I think giving focus on gymnastics is a very productive thing to do… And now that I’ve put my head into it, I hope to hang on it for a while.
People close to me (realy close I guess, coz others never get to know my change of plans) say that I’m like a monkey (metaphorically) , jumping from one branch to the other when it comes to my ‘PLANS’, and I think that’s quite true. Burn me!
Last month, I engaged in learning French considering it productive and interesting, later I thought of concentrate more on skin care and started investigating on diffrent face packs from the internet (it was a big task and atlast I found one handy, its actually working too!!)
Then I planned on writing a blog, (and here I am!) Now the latest one, my deep desire for a perfect cartwheel!
Let me mention, even though my priorities shift occasionally, I never drop any of my palns halfway. And I think this excuses me from having an average of 3-5 shifts of plans a month, I guess.
Now, I was to mention about my ‘cartwheel’ plan here, the latest one. At the gym ( an average setup with some essentials and a huge mirror, which is my favorite part, at the basement of our ladies hostel) I work hard, every evening.
The main motive for my new venture is that I used to do it when I was a kid; perfectly fine, as I can remember. ‘So why can’t I now?’, I thought.
This idea made me stand in front of a huge, old mirror, and attempt something really tiring and exhausting ( did I forgot to mention, painful too!!). Many times I fell, I got hurt, but never gave up. I knew I could do it, and kept on trying until I was able to land on my feet (rather than on my butt, ouch!) ( finally!!!). I’m not perfect with my act yet, but I feel like I can make it! ( God, please prevent me from creating anymore new plans until I finish this one, I beg u…)
The moment I’m confident with my cartwheel, I will proudly present it for the whole world to see!!! ( oh, I’m a furious fighter)
And I’ve even made the ‘after the cartwheel’ palns. I will learn to do handsprings. Hurray..
