Needless to say, I enjoyed book 2 in this series more than book one. I could hardly put it down as it was action packed from the very start BUT you really did need the backbone from book one for it to make sense. The first book is more of an emotional journey which, let’s face it, I’m not super into. The second is more of an action filled, Tim Gunn “make it work”, suspenseful adventure. It isn’t an action novel but is a nice YA adventure.
Overall, I enjoyed these books. The different kinds of Talents are fun and the characters are relatable.
Fictional characters I think would enjoy these books: Rachel Greene, Pam Beasley.
