Owen Wilson is a very famous American actor, screenwriter and comedian, but despite the success Owen attempted to end his life in 2007. Owen Wilson has had a history of depression and was having relationship issues at the time which could be possible causes for his drastic actions.
Owen Wilson attempted suicide by taking pills and slitting his wrists in his home, he was found by his brother Luke and was rushed to hospital where staff said he barely survived. As well as his family Owen was visited in hospital by other famous close friends of his including Woody Harrelson, Wes Anderson, Samuel L. Jackson and Brad Garrett.
