My simple happiness during this cold winter season in Budapest is seeing and feeling the sunlight touches my skin. One of the things I miss the most of being in HK and Jakarta. Today is a beautiful day as the awaited sun finally shines, without a second thought I decided strolling around Gellert Hill, enjoying the sunshine with a beautiful view.
In this look, I’m playing with patterns, one brave choice for me. I used to think that pattern can only be paired with something basic and plain, but here I could combine stripes pattern from my top with a plaid pattern from my socks to something edgy. I guess the key is as long as between the two patterns has colour coordination then you will be safe. In my case, both my socks and my top pick grey color.
Another tips from my today’s look, even though there is a sunshine, it doesn’t mean that it’s any less cold, so if you would like to wear your pumps and mini skirt during winter like me, make sure you first wear thick skin tone stocking and add any long socks on top of it. Happy experimenting with patterns!
