Priceless (Rylee Adamson #1)

Rylee is a tracker, and it isn’t a profession that makes her popular with the FBI. She tracks down children with aid of her Witch best friend. However, when a salvage goes out of control she must turn to the most unlikely place to get some help, and boy she doesn’t want to. She perseveres as this girl’s disappearance resembles that of her sister’s.

This book is right up my alley when it comes to urban fantasy books. We follow Rylee during a salvage. She tracks down missing children with her powers that awoke after her own sister went missing. Sadly her powers also come with a lot of baggage, one by the name of Liam O’Shea The FBI agent who is absolutely sure that Rylee had killed her own sister and now works with someone to abduct the children that she finds.

The characters are really well fleshed out, as is the world. It’s a little weird that the supernatural community is so present in the world, yet humans don’t seem to notice that. However, I’m going to put this down to the human ability of denial.

Over all, this was a really good book and would suggest it to anyone who likes Urban Fantasy.
