A last-minute request by my sister. This was admittedly a very fun shoot to do. I was all awkward trying to hold the makeshift reflector (also known as my umbrella) using my shoulders, which I hope was not done in vain lol. The post-processing for this particular shoot also taught me to go outside my comfort zone a bit when it comes to choosing colors for the general atmosphere of this set (not sure though if people can guess whose work it was inspired by). Overall, it rekindled a part of me that used to love shooting and just trying things out by tinkering with settings and buttons and whatever else I could get my hands on. It’s just a relief to realize that I’m still growing and learning after all—even just little by little.

Everything taken with a Nikon D3200 and 50 mm lens.

Photography, post-processing, direction, styling, and makeup: Yours truly
Model: Stephanie Antonio (my forever muse)
