review 1: I've always had a soft spot for romance between people who shouldn't fall in love. Some of the scenes were amazing, while others felt very underwritten. All in all though I absolutely loved it, a great story which departs from the current popular trashy vampire/mummy porn that seems to have flooded the market. If you are looking for an easy, historically accurate and detailed Romance look no further.

I liked the book a lot but the ending really put me to tears and didn't like it at all :(
