review 1: This book is a collection from over 25 years of the horror magazine "Cemetery Dance," in which writers such as Stephen King, Steve Rasnic Tem, Clive Barker and others have submitted short stories to--storirs that never quite made it to any collections before or since. The book itself is very short; it's about 100+ pages from the Forward to the finish, but all-in-all they aren't bad. Great way to kill an hour :) Enjoy!
review 2: I enjoyed the brevity of this collection of short stories, but Clive Barker's work sticks in my mind for all the wrong reasons. I've read some of his earlier works, so I hoped that this would be a creepy foray into his dark mind. All it ended up being was about a young woman who takes her childhood doll and makes it into a dildo. Seri... moreously. It was not scary, and like I said, it's just stuck in my head..for all the wrong reasons. So sad, Clive. :^( less
