review 1: I just finished this book, but I am planning to reread it immediately. It was just full of good, solid wisdom and reminders written in the tone of a loving grandfather. I love Richard G. Scott and I can hear his voice as I read each chapter of this book. He uses anecdotes from his life to illustrate simple, yet important aspects of living by the spirit and inviting the spirit into our lives. And his writing style in incredibly accessible and soothing. I can't recommend it highly enough in a world where we are all busy and frazzled and often unable to access the spiritual side of our existence.
review 2: This is a short read full of thoughts to help us on our pathway to happiness. He had many examples from his life to help teach us. I purposefully chose to re... moread Apostle Scott because I wanted to clear up any feelings I had when I saw Elder Scott being a bit impatient and irritated once. At the time I was disappointed in him. I wanted to revisit the respect I have for him now and remember that he too is another person trying to move along the pathway to happiness as well.
