review 1: I found this book to be tiring in places. This book seemed to get off the track quite often & just seemed to ramble in places. Anyone who reads mysteries knew the outcome partway through the book or I thought so. I like Sloane's friend Tom Molia. I find him to be amusing, quick with his remarks & his quick thinking. I felt the book could have payed more attention to Molia's son TJ. Once they were found not much was reference was made to his reunion with parents. But overall I would recommend this book to my friends as I do like Robert Dugoni as an author.
review 2: This is the 4th book of Mr. Dugoni's that I have read. One word of caution: don't pick this one up unless you have time to read the whole thing!!! I couldn't stand to put it down and finally just s... moretayed up all night to finish it. Plot twist after plot twist, the action and dialogue are so well-written that I had no trouble visualizing what an outstanding suspense movie this would make. This time our protagonist, attorney David Sloane, finds himself up against small-town juvenile justice corruption and a big-time illegal drug operation. Great read; doesn't disappoint. less
