review 1: I downloaded the e-book from Amazon.com to my kindle fire. The author Roger Smith did a good job writing this Novella. The author did a good job describing the scenes. There were good smart well developed characters in it. This was over all a good story and I got caught up in it. I definitely felt like I was there among the ruble and mean streets. The were 2 typographical errors and 1 missing word. Other than that it was very well written and a cohesive story. I have and would recommend this e-book to a friend!
review 2: I downloaded the novella because I liked the blurb(Man on Fire is one of my favorite movies). When I started it, I was immediately drawn into Ishmael's character and the style of writing. I think what I loved more than the plot was the way the ... moreauthor writes his descriptions. He forces you to see what he sees...smell what he smells...feel what he feels. It was great and I will definitely check out his other books. less
