review 1: I thought this was actually an interesting read. The twist was actually a twist. But the ending seemed more rushed than the rest of the book. I(it was not the worst ending ever, as everything was tied up neatly, just rather rushed into it.) this book had me thinking about forgiveness a lot and praying for our enemies. I thought it was well written; although I should probably brush up on my American History. :)
review 2: I love all Roseanna White's books, and this one is no exception. The historical details of the Culper Ring are fascinating, and it's inspiring to read how everyday people made choices that protected our country. I love Winter, but my favorite character was Bennet. I found both his spiritual doubts and bumbling ways with the ladies endearing. Rin... moreg of Secrets is a great story and will appeal to readers hungry for something fresh in the historical romance genre. less
