review 1: it was okay...awalnya sih seru... kisah cinta Ellie dan Ned yang dari kecil udah temenan.Tapi Ned nikah sama sahabat Ellie, dan kemudian menduda karena istrinya meninggal saat melahirkan.Ellie masih memendam perasaan, sedangkan Ned ga sadar kalau dia juga cinta Ellie.Tapi ke belakang2 jadi maksa. Apalagi pas hari H pesta ultah si duchess. Ellie jadi berubah total. Dari cewek baik-baik yang nyimpen perasaan, tiba2 gahar. graaaw *krik krik*Aku mengharapkan akhir yang romantis, lamarannya romantis, endingnya manis. Tapi ternyata ganas...Ga jelek sih bukunya, cuma bagian itu saja yang bikin aku mengurangi bintang. Selebihnya aku suka sama duchess of love dan semangatnya ngejodohin orang.terus lucu juga cara mereka ngehabisin waktu sebelum hari H pesta. main seluncuran... more. :))
review 2: Definitely a light read. Draggy at times and a really quick 'happily ever after' ending. The author never convinced me that the hero felt that 'the second time around' was going to be better than the first one. Some of those draggy pages could have been used to convince him and me that he was getting a better deal this time. I still want to find out what happens to the other characters. I'll stick it out until I do. less
