review 1: الرواية جيدة وممتعة، وفي أجزاء منها تصل إلى مرحلة ممتازة، ولكنها غير متقنة؛فكرة أن يعرف الابن أن أباه هو شخص آخر، وفكرة الطائفة المتغلغة في شتى مناحي الحياة ظهرت بشكل مبتذل جدا، الأحداث والأشخاص غير متناسقين مع الرواية تماما. مناسبة لفيلم سينمائي أكثر من رواية ورقية.أعجبني تصاعد الأحداث في منتصف الرواية، بينما بدايتها كانت متوقعة بالنسبة لي ونهايتها درامية كُتبت لإنهاء الرواية وأحداثها فقط.
review 2: Too many characters that I lost count of
... more who is who, who is saying what to whom, who is doing what with whom....Some of the characters were simply unbelievable. How is Caitlyn able to pull stunts as she did after 7 days of starvation? Gideon's heroism is also a bit overstretched in my opinion. That he is able to trick his way into the Craft so fast, earn the trust of the Henge Master (even tho' he's his birth father), and finally overpower the guards, and get Caitlyn out of the maze that the sanctuary seems to be...Still it was a good read. less

I tried. I really tried. But I didn't get into this one despite my adoration for things Stonehenge.

Good book, quick read. End was kinda quick and just felt like a quick wrap up.
