review 1: The best part of this book is the cover. The title and the beautiful picture were intriguing, but unfortunately, the story really could've been accomplished in a long magazine article. I guess if you really loved Breakfast at Tiffany's, it might hold interest but I felt like a lot of the early chapters were filler. Why was the book talking about the movie Sabrina and other prior work? I thought it was going to cover the actual making of the movie, and it does, but not until nearly halfway through. There were some fun tidbits, like casting the cat for the movie, and some of the scene choices, but overall I was bored.

... moreocked at how many hoops were required to be jumped through in order to produce this movie in the morally repressed times. Also unexpected, was the reminder of how much movies and culture take the lead from one another, cyclical relationship.Movies speak to what people often won't say out loud but movies wouldn't be relevant unless the audience was ready for those thoughts to be pubic. less
