review 1: I really, truly love this series. It started with Jocelyn and just grew from there. I was glad Cole got his own story. It was nice to see him as an adult and for him to get his HEA. Even though there was a bit of stubbornness between him and Shannon, he was the perfect book boyfriend.I didn't like Shannon's family and I suppose that was the point....but I am tired of people just not cutting ties with their POS families. I understood why she did what she did but sometimes people don't deserve 2nd or 3rd chances.
review 2: this is my second favorite of the saga, the first one for me is Before Jamaica Lane. And this one could've been my favorite because I love Cole so much, but Shannon wasn't my favorite. She really was a fu.... mess and I don't understand ho... morew she could get in a relationship with Cole after everything she went through. And why she talked to Cole like that? In real life nobody talks like that, if she had a problem with Cole being a flirt she could've just say "Sorry man I'm not interesting, please back off" and he would've understand. Anyway, Cole deserved better but the book was good to me either way. less
