review 1: I've wanted to read Ellie and Adam's story since the first book. This is not nearly as satisfying, but it's better than nothing I suppose. Good thing I got it from the library and didn't have to pay for it though. Otherwise I would have felt cheated. I didn't feel their turmoil, didn't get sucked in or feel any of the deep emotions these characters supposedly have for one another. It was just blah. Not a bad read though.
review 2: This book was amazingly good. I could have gone without so many other people (ex's) but I understand it's over a long period of time. So I tried to look past that for this book.The tension between Adam and Ellie was definitely on point from almost the very beginning.
