review 1: 2.5 starsI read the reviews before purchasing and reading the book but unfortunately it was just okay for me. I could not really warm to the characters especially Kelly. Alekos wasn't too bad. I think everything that Alekos found endearing about Kelly are going to be the same things that he will be frustrated with down the track. I could not believe that Kelly was supposed to be a teacher, or at least not a good one...yer, the kids liked her but how was her actual teaching ability. The bits we read had me unbelieving of the whole scene. The flow of time was vague, a few weeks here and then another few weeks, how long exactly? Annoying for a details person like me.The book is mainly from Kelly's thoughts with only a little from Alekos. I might have liked the story more if ... moreI could have read more of Alekos side of things...I liked him more anyway.
review 2: I really enjoyed this book. There were times that I couldn’t help but giggle. Both Alekos, and Kelly had their problems, but they both talked them through, and compromised.4 years before alekos left Kelly at the altar. She posted to sell her ring on Ebay. Alekos was the winning bid, and went to buy it back in person. The chemistry that they had shared years before was still there. They shared a passionate moment, and Kelly found out later that she was pregnant with his child. She traveled to Corfu on Alekos private jet, intending on telling him that she was pregnant. Before she got the chance he told her that he never wanted children. She fell on his slippery floors when she was trying to make a quick get an away. After that moment they both shared some emotional times trying to deal with everything that they were facing. I have to say that I was impressed with Alekos being the hero in this book. He was not a jerk, and he was not the bossy typical alpha male. Kelly made me laugh. She had a bit of a problem with slippery floors. She lost her sun glasses and ipod. I couldn’t help but giggle on where the two items were found. This really was a pleasant book to read! less

Just re-read this one, and it's still just as good.
