review 1: I'm not really sure how I feel about this book. I kinda guessed the killer from very early on in the book, but the way that she ended the book was terrible. It was very abrupt and then adding in that Sara helped cover everything up was way too out there. I mean I don't mind crazy endings, but this one was not done well because there was not why factor. Why did she help her dad and ruin a very long friendship. I wish a more psychological approach of the killer and accomplice would have been given. It was also unsettling the way that Matt was just like yeah now that my girlfriends dead we can be together. The romance was very weird in this book. If they would have tied it into the murder by Matt killing Erin to be with Lily then it would have fit more, but even the ending ma... morede it seem like the whole book was about romance, which was very confusing. Overall not my favorite murder mystery I have ever read.
review 2: Okay this book was kinda slow,but I'm still giving it five stars. The reason I'm giving this five stars is because I'm a sucker for mystery books some of them any ways it depends. It kept my mind reeling about who killed Erin Donohue? There were so many suspects, and the real killer almost got away with it but he didn't thank goodness. And I never would have thought the killers assistant that was covering for him would have been who it was. All in all this was a really good book. I recommend this to people who love mystery with a little bit of romance in it. less
