review 1: My Little Pet Dragon by Scott Gordon is a cute e-book. The story line is simple and told from the point of view of a little boy who got a pet dragon for Christmas last year. The story is told with short simple phrases and words accompanied by a single pictures of his pet dragon “Ness” on each page. The book emphasizes brushing the young boys teeth a few times which is a nice addition for an young reader, but the best part of the book is the illustrations. The Illustrations are done by Julien Tromeur and Dimitar Marinov. The pictures are done with such detail and great artistry. The dragon is fixed on a plain white background which I believe allows the images of “Ness” to pop! I cannot say enough about the beautiful illustrations; even on the Kindle they are detaile... mored and beautiful. Yes, a pet dragon can be beautiful! The ending is a little strange, but overall the illustrations are enough to make the book above average. I recommend this book for children 3-6 years of age.
review 2: Very cute little e-book who's story is told by single pictures of him on each page. The Illustrations by Julien Tromeur and Dimitar Marinov are rich in detail, with a plain white background that allows the dragon, named "Ness" to shine. The dedication at the end to a little girl in a neck brace is very sweet as well. My 3 year old granddaughter liked it even though "You know grandma, dragons can be mean! But this dragon is nice." I thought he was nice as well.No isbn# found less
