review 1: You know, as much as I alllllllmost hate to admit it.... This was a pretty cute book.... Ridiculous?? Ohhhh yeah.... Weird?? You betcha..... But I enjoyed the authors dry humor and some of the unexpected twists.... The whole "urinator" thing I could have gone without... The victims and their professions (since he only murdered "bad" guys) almost gave me a little chuckle.... Probably sick on my part, but oh well.... It was a quick read, and it was free... All in all- not bad...
review 2: I was given this book in exchange for my review: I really liked the book. I think that the way that the story was written was interesting (from the vampires point of view). The fact that he isn't "perfect", puts him away from the rest of the vampire stories that I have read.
... more I really liked the fact that he's portrayed as human. The whole story revolves around the book that he's writing while he is sitting in jail waiting to be executed. He is going through the events that brought him to this point. less

Pretty funny. I actually laughed out loud at the first conversation with his kitty.
